R. Dirk Allison has served as a director of the Company since 2010. He was President and Chief Executive Officer from January 2016 through March 2021 when he was named Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. From April 2019 until January 2022, Mr. Allison served as a director of National Mentor Holdings, Inc., the holding company for Civitas Solutions, Inc., a home- and community-based health and human services provider. From 2013 to 2015, Mr. Allison served as a director of Curo Health Services, LLC, a hospice care provider. From 2013 to 2014, Mr. Allison served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Correctional Healthcare Companies, Inc., a national provider of correctional healthcare solutions. Prior to joining Correctional Healthcare Companies, Inc., Mr. Allison served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of CCS Medical, Inc., a provider of mail order diabetic supplies, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Allison served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Odyssey Healthcare, Inc. (Nasdaq: ODSY), a provider of hospice services. Odyssey Healthcare, Inc., was acquired in 2010 by Gentiva Health Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: GTIV), a $2 billion provider of home health and hospice services. Prior to joining Odyssey Healthcare, Inc. in 2006, Mr. Allison was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Omniflight, Inc., an operator of aviation support services to the healthcare industry. Prior to Omniflight, Inc., Mr. Allison served for approximately three and a half years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ardent Health Services LLC, an operator of acute care and behavioral care hospitals, and for approximately four years as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Renal Care Group, Inc. (NYSE: RCI), an operator of dialysis centers. Between 1987 and 1999, Mr. Allison served as President and Chief Executive Officer of several publicly and privately held healthcare companies, including a physician practice management company and several institutional pharmacy providers. Mr. Allison earned a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Louisiana at Monroe (formerly Northeast Louisiana University) and a master’s degree in business administration at the University of Dallas. Mr. Allison is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Heather Dixon, CPA, was named President and Chief Operating Officer in September 2025. She most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Acadia Healthcare, the largest stand-alone behavioral healthcare company in the United States. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer of Everside Health, one of the nation’s largest direct primary care providers. Prior to joining Everside, she was the Senior Vice President, Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc., a Fortune 20 integrated healthcare, pharmacy, and retail company. Her previous financial executive experience includes serving as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Aetna; Assistant Controller at PepsiCo; and various global accounting and regulatory roles with American Express. She started her professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Dixon also served as an independent board member of Signify Health from 2021 through its recent acquisition by CVS Health. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.

Brad Bickham serves as Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer.  Prior to this role, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Addus HomeCare since 2017.  Mr. Bickham has held a variety of senior leadership roles in both public and private healthcare companies over the past 14 years, following tenures in the legal and accounting fields. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for United Surgical Partners International, the nation’s largest ambulatory surgery provider. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for a number of firms, including Correctional Healthcare Companies and CCS Medical. He also served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Odyssey HealthCare through its acquisition by Gentiva Health Services in 2010. Before joining Odyssey, he was an Associate with the law firm of Vinson & Elkins. Mr. Bickham earned his J.D. degree and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Louisiana State University. He practiced public accounting for seven years prior to attending law school.

Brian Poff became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2016. Mr. Poff has served in a number of financial positions in both public and private healthcare companies for the past 16 years. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer of Oceans Healthcare. Prior to Oceans, Mr. Poff served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for CCS Medical, one of the nation's largest providers of mail order diabetic supplies. Before CCS Medical, Mr. Poff served as the Corporate Controller for AccentCare, Inc., one of the nation's leading providers of home health services. Mr. Poff also held the position of Division Chief Financial Officer – Hospice Services for Gentiva Health Services, a $2 billion provider of home health and hospice services and as Assistant Controller for Odyssey HealthCare, Inc., a $700 million hospice provider. Before working with Odyssey, he was Controller for Horizon Health Corporation until its buyout from Psychiatric Solutions, Inc., when he was elevated to the role of Division CFO. Mr. Poff earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Sam Houston State University.

Darby Anderson serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Government Relations Officer of Addus HomeCare. Mr. Anderson served as Senior Vice President at Addus HomeCare until December 2014. Mr. Anderson joined Addus HomeCare in 1996 as its Midwest Regional Manager until 2000. In 2000, Darby became Regional Vice President of Midwest/East. Mr. Anderson has also been appointed or elected to board and advisory committee positions, including the Older Adult Services Advisory Committee and the Community Care Program Advisory Committee in Illinois. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University. Mr. Anderson lives in the West Chicago Suburbs with his wife and two children.

Cliff Blessing joined Addus in 2022 and currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer. Mr. Blessing has over 15 years of experience in corporate development, finance, and strategy. Prior to joining Addus, he served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Dallas-based Encompass Health – Home Health & Hospice, the fourth largest U.S. provider of skilled home health services. In this role, he had responsibility for M&A activity and other strategic initiatives, working in close consultation with the company’s senior management team. He previously held various corporate development and finance roles, including in banking and real estate development. Mr. Blessing has a bachelor's degree in finance from Abilene Christian University and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Sean Gaffney became Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Addus HomeCare in April, 2019. Immediately prior to joining Addus, Mr. Gaffney served as General Counsel at Encompass Health – Home Health & Hospice, the fourth largest U.S. provider of skilled home care services. Before Encompass, he was Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, General Counsel and Secretary of BroadJump, LLC, a software start-up producing innovative hospital cost-reduction technology. Mr. Gaffney earned his law degree from Boston University School of Law where he was a G. Joseph Tauro Scholar and served as managing editor of the Boston University International Law Journal. Mr. Gaffney received his Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Dallas.

Prior to joining Addus, Ms. Raines served as Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel to CCS Medical, one of the nation’s largest providers of mail order DME supplies. Before moving in-house, Ms. Raines begin her career as an associate at Jenkens and Gilchrist, a nationally recognized law firm. Ms. Raines holds a B.A. and J.D. from Southern Methodist University.

Robby Stevenson joined Addus HomeCare as Senior Vice President of Human Resources in March of 2020. Mr. Stevenson has over 20 years of progressive healthcare human resources leadership experience in both public and private organizations where he has led key strategic people operations including talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, employee engagement, mergers & acquisitions, and workforce planning. Immediately prior to joining Addus, he was Vice President of Human Resources for Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care, a nationwide private hospice organization. Mr. Stevenson has a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Louisiana Tech University.

Before CCS Medical, he was Vice President of Sales for Microlife, an international medical device manufacturing company. Mr. Tucker earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Glenville State College.

Mike Wattenbarger joined Addus Homecare as Vice President of Information Technology in April 2018. Mr. Wattenbarger has over 20 years of experience in information technology leadership, consulting, and operations. Immediately prior to joining Addus, Mr. Wattenbarger served as Chief Information Officer for LifeCare Management Services, with responsibility for all information technology-related projects and operations for 24 specialty acute care hospitals and 11 home health agencies in 16 markets across the United States. Mr. Wattenbarger has a B.A. in Liberal Arts and a Master of Science – Computer Systems Technology from Louisiana State University at Shreveport.
